Meet Jussy Smith!Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Fitness with emphasis in strength training, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, LesMills Certified, GRIT Coach, NETA Strong and Sculpted Certified Trainer. Experience: Personal Training at the YMCA since 2014. Specialties: HIIT, low impact, muscle gain and weight loss. |

Specialties: Prenatal and Postpartum training, pelvic floor and abdominal (Diastasis Recti), Injury prevention and recovery (as prescribed by PT or Dr.), general or sport specific strength training. |
