We will be offering additional yoga times with special instructor Doc Savage on: Wednesday, Nov 5 (1:00-2:30pm), Thursday, Nov 6 (1:00-2:30pm), Friday, Nov 7 (9:15-10:45am), Saturday, Nov 8 (9:00-10:30am), and Sunday, Nov 9 (12:00-1:30pm). Limited to the first 12 people.

invite your family and friends to see all that the
YMCA has to offer by attending a group exercise
class, walking the indoor track, shooting hoops in
the gym or swimming in the pool. We have
something for all ages and all fitness levels.
