Group Fitness

Your Y membership is more than just access to a health club. It’s a combination of people and programs that keep members engaged and motivated to achieve their wellness goals.  Group Fitness is just one of the ways to reach your goals, make friends and gain strength. The Aberdeen Family YMCA offers more than 90 classes a week that are included in your membership. There are also specialty fitness classes!

 Non-Member fee available (Day pass Adult $9, Day pass 18 & under $6)
Come enjoy a pick-up game of Pickleball (the fastest growing sport in America!) with your friends or meet new ones. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, table tennis & badminton.   Some of the benefits of Pickleball include burning calories, improving balance, better agility, make new friends and boost your mood!   Many say that it is addicting and will make you feel engergized, happy and excited.  Each game is a new challenge and Pickleball is for all skills levels!
