We offer a team of exceptionally skilled personal trainers, who will create a personalized training and nutrition regimen based on your needs and ensure that you accomplish your goals in the quickest and safest way possible.

TANNER WHITE

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • B.S. Human Performance & Fitness from Northern State University
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • Certified Personal Trainer

EXPERIENCE:

  • NSU Football Athlete
  • Avera St. Luke's Acceleration Intern
  • Wellness Coach for 3 years

TRAINING INTERESTS:
All populations

PHILOSOPHY:
I believe it's essentail to ensure all clients are given the right instructions to take purposeful steps in the direction of their goals.






KRISTIN ROTERT

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • ACSM-HFS
  • Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from South Dakota State University

EXPERIENCE:

  • Former collegiate basketball player
  • 5+ year Personal Training experience
  • Basketball coach

TRAINING INTERESTS:
All populations, Youth, Sports Conditioning

PHILOSOPHY:
Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right.

JUSSY SMITH

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • B.S. Human Performance & Fitness with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning from Northern State University
  • Minor in Coaching

EXPERIENCE:

  • Avera St. Lukes Acceleration Intern
  • Lead instructor for High School Summer Strength and Power Program
  • NSU Human Performance and Fitness Major of the Year
  • Former collegiate volleyball player
  • SD Miss Volleyball
  • Training/exercising her entire life

TRAINING INTERESTS:
Helping everyone achieve their goals. Always researching and combining new and fun (yet challenging) exercises for clients.

PHILOSOPHY:
Your mind is the most powerful tool that you have; if you tell yourself you can do something, you CAN achieve it with persistence and positive thinking.

TERESA MCCOY

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • BS in Sociology Minor Spanish
  • NCCPT certified

EXPERIENCE:
I became interested with fitness when I started my own weightloss journey. I lost 30 lbs with the help of my husband and decided I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. I completed the NCCPT certification and am excited about guiding clients to success

TRAINING INTERESTS:
My passion lies in helping women become strong, confident, and healthy. After having been through two healthy pregnancy myself, I am looking forward to helping other women before, during, and after a pregnancy. It's about more than just the weights!

PHILOSOPHY:
Be strong, Be confident, Be you!





KRISTINA KESSLER

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • B.S. Communications and French from the College of St. Benedict
  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer

EXPERIENCE:

  • Group Fitness Instructor for 3 years (TRX, Cycling, Restore the Core, and Bootcamp)
  • Colliegate track athlete (Sprints & Jumps)
  • Avid distance runner (2 marathons, several half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks)
  • Complete 2 triathlons

TRAINING INTERESTS:
Helping people learn and improve upon the fundamentals of fitness and health living.
