The Aberdeen Family YMCA is a great place to bring any group, large or small. If you have something to CELEBRATE, we want to do it with you! Host your birthday party, youth group, Girl/Boy Scouts, church groups, family gatherings or whatever you want! Make your plans now to enjoy all the Y has to offer: swimming, gym, racquetball courts, climbing wall, community room and much more!
Community Room Rental
The Y Community Room is available to rent for business and personal groups. This room comfortably seats 60 people depending on the required set up. It is a great space for presentations, meetings, training and social gatherings.
The Possibilities are Endless
At the Y, you get to create the perfect party for you. You can swim in the Aquatic Center, play in they gym, or test your strength and skills on the climbing wall. A kitchenette is also available for use. Pick one, two or none of the available activities! If you have a need that is not listed below, please contact the Membership Director for possible alternative options.

Security Deposits
Security deposit is required for all rentals. (Contact Member Services for required amount). This is refundable upon leaving the premises clean and in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental. Deposit must be paid in full to hold the room at time of booking.
Cancellations
Rentals must be canceled a minimum of one week before the rental date for a full refund of deposit. Any other refunds are subject to review by the Membership Director.
